White Mud is an Australian owned business which has been trading since 2014. Supplying the public and retail outlets Australia wide with their handmade unique plaster giftware products made in Bargara.

White Mud love producing unique gift ideas for everyone around Australia to enjoy and share with their families and friends. Our goal is to provide you with a constantly changing selection of gift ideas and to provide a high level of customer service second to none.

What are the payment options?

We accept payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer, prior to shipping the order.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service and we aim to produce and dispatch your order within 10 to 14 working days after payment has been received via EFT or credit card.

Returns Policy

At White Mud our aim is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods delivered please contact us immediately. Naturally we offer a replacement guarantee on all our products that arrive damaged. Simply email us a photo of the damaged product as soon as you receive it and we will send you a replacement within 7 to 10 working days at no cost to you within Australia.
